Mugabe blast corrupt officials

President Robert Mugabe has acknowledged rampant corruption in the country when it comes to tenders involving other countries.
Mugabe is addressing Zanu-PF members at its annual conference in Victoria Falls.
According to Herald updates Mugabe said : "You are making the people pay more on a project which should cost them less for your own benefit....
"President Xi says this project, yes, we will help but we will help more if you give us projects that you think will assist in your industrialisation....if you're an engineer for a certain project do it well and don't cheat, we will discover you."
Mugabe is well known for denouncing corruption but very lethargic in implementing his threats.
