NewsDay (Thursday September 29) reports PM Morgan Tsvangirai was shocked at the sight of "frail looking" President Mugabe when they met for the first time in 10 years for negotiations after the disputed June 2008 elections.
This is disclosed in a book by William Bango, a former journalist and MDC-T official, entitled Morgan Tsvangirai: At the Deep End.
The book is set for launching next month. Tsvangirai is quoted in the book as saying President Mugabe appeared troubled during the meeting and the MDC-T leader wondered why he was not quitting politics.
