Pastor granted $500 bail for demonstrating against Mugabe

Zimbabwe Lawyers for Humn Rights have reported that Victoria Falls Magistrate Lindiwe Maphosa on Tuesday granted $500 bail to Patrick Phillip Mugadza, a Pastor with The Remnant Church who was arrested on Friday during the just ended ZANU PF 15th Annual National People's Conference and charged with contravening Section 46 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act Chapter 9:23.
This was after he allegedly staging a one-man protest denouncing President Robert Mugabe for presiding over the collapse of the once prosperous southern African country's economy.
Pastor Mugadza's trial has been set for 05 January 2015.
