ZimInd deputy editor dies

The Deputy Editor of the Zimbabwe Independent, Stewart Chabwinja, is no more.
He was 45.
Chabwinja died in the early hours of Thursday after suffering chest pains.
Chabwinja joined Alpha Media Holdings in 2002 as a sub-editor for The Standard before moving up the ladder in 2008, to become the Chief Sub-Editor for AMH's business weekly, The Zimbabwe Independent.
In March 2012, he was appointed the Assistant editor for the Zimbabwe Independent, a paper that he worked for as Acting Editor briefly in 2013 before becoming the Deputy Editor, a position he held until his death.
