Three family members drown on Christmas Day

Three members of the same family drowned on Christmas Day at Whitewaters dam a few kilometers outside the city of Gweru.
The three; Anesu, Blessed and Kudzai Mundondo, all aged 19, are of number 38 Makey Road, Fitchlea, Kwekwe.
The three cousins were in the company of Darlington Mundondo aged 54 and an uncle aged 38 when they decided to take a swim at the dam.
When they got into the waters, they immediately drowned and could not be helped as the waters are too deep.
The bodies of the deceased are still submerged in water as the police sub-aqua unit is yet to arrive from Bulawayo.
