Shocker : Govt pledges to pay Civil servant December pay next year

Government has told civil servants not to expect December salaries this year but in January next year.
Finance minister, Patrick Chinamasa communicated the sad news through a newspaper advertisement on Sunday (TODAY).
"Treasury advises that the December 2015 salary payment date for the Education sector is being moved from December 2015 to 29 December 2015.
"Furthermore, Treasury advises that the December 2015 salary payment date for the rest of the Public service is also being moved from 29 December 2015 to 5 January 2016," said Chinamasa.
