Air Force of Zimbabwe urged to maintain high standards

The Air Force of Zimbabwe (AFZ) has been urged to maintain high standards as a fighting force.
The call was made by AFZ Commander Air Marshall Perence Shiri at a pass out parade held in Gweru.
Forty-four serving AFZ men and women were commissioned to the ranks of flight lieutenants and air lieutenants.
Sixteen of the graduates were women.
The commissioned officers drawn from various departments comprising administration, finance, accounts and technical, completed a six-month training course at the School of Flying Training located at Thorn Hill Airbase.
