Nurses evicted from lodgings due to failure to pay rentals

The MDC-T has claimed that as the government failed to pay civil servants in time some nurses have indicated that they have been chucked out of the lodgings due to failure to pay rentals in time.
This comes at a time when civil unrest is escalating in the country as the Zanu PF government seems to be failing to satisfy its workers and the nation in terms of reviving the economy. This has sparked protests in Harare where police are reportedly involved in running battles with the protesters brutalising them in the process.
"As we write this statement there are cases of nurses who have been evicted from their houses as a result of non payment of rentals. Some doctors have also been arrested for defaulting to pay maintenance as they have not been paid," said the MDC-T.
