Zimbabweans are cowards- Analyst

A political commentator John Bhanzi has said the problem with Zimbabweans is that they are cowards as they just lament and cry without taking action no matter how the situation has deteriorated.
"Zimbabweans are cowards matter how much we cry we still sit on our lorels. When it started (Strikes) in the private sector civil servants were bubbling the job security what, what, but you forgot one thing. Civil service is just a consumer it doesn't generate income," he said. "Your salaries come from taxes taken from the productive private sector. Now that companies shut down, no taxes to collect, no exports to talk and the result is no salaries and no bonus for civil servants."
He said those bubbling that they do extra lesson, which parents are not capable of paying as the whole country are now vendors, police on the road have been making a killing but now look at the reduced traffic that characterised the festive season so who will they arrest?"
He said nurse the medicine which they used to steal and sell will expire since there will be no one to buy as people do not have money.
"When Morgan Tsvangirai (MDC-T leader) accepted rigged defeat in the June 2013 elections , he made a very bold and true statement that "its very easy to rig elections but never is it simple to rig an economy," he said.
"Zimbabweans especially civil servants that were at the forefront of running the rigging machine threw mud in his face because they had not realised the hard work that MDC put through to have Zimbabwe recover from the slump of economy in 2008," he said. "Now just two years down the line after the overwhelming win of Zanu PF , economy is dead, no salaries for government workers let alone no bonus that the evil servants where used to. As we enter January 2016 you can sing problems."
He said as much as it has been claimed that literacy levels are very high in Zimbabwe, its just literacy but real education is not there, an educated people prosper but a literate people just read and can't draw any meaning.
"Civil Servants brace for more months of no salaries delay. This is just the start and to see 2018 is really as challenged since the rain is also not coming. You will eat each other.
