Former Vice President Joice Mujuru is reportedly irked by the continued to crumble economy and the level of poverty rocking most past of the country's rural areas.

Mujuru is alleged to have said as they were touring the provinces talking to the grassroots people, she was getting a sense of belonging.

"A sense that had vanished over the years. As i listen to people i feel their pain. Most times when you are in the high office you loose touch," she is quoted as having said. "Touch of the suffering touch of the hardships touch of the going ons at grassroots level."

She reportedly said being in this vintage point is really an eye opener and people are talking.

"Talking to school girls who walk barefoot kms to go to school. Talking to unemployed youths. People are opening up. People are welcoming and most importantly People are willing I will not let you down," she was quoted as saying.
