Harare Council escalates clamping of illegally parked vehicles

Harare City Council has reportedly escalated its move to clamp down on vehicles which park illegal in the city.

Harare Residents Trust reported that the city council is not going back on clamping cars which are not in parking bays.

"The Harare Residents Trust (HRT) advise residents not to park by roadside and switch on hazards for no good reason," said the trust.
