PF an extension of Zanu PF- commentator

Political Commentators have described the Joice Mujuru led People First was not a genuine opposition but an extension of the brutal ruling Zanu PF being used to sway unsuspecting supporters.
Sylvester Zwelibanzi Zwambila said, "We are fighting against a Zanuist system and as far as I am concerned the PF cabal is an extension of that system. its not about positions, its about a mentality and a way of doing things. if this team was sincere their first port of call was to hold a press conference and open up and own up to the evil they did whilist in Zanu PF. They should at least exposed the evil system to equip everyone with the truth and arsenal to fight."
This was after a political analyst Pedzisayi Ruhanya had posted in Facebook saying in Rugare Gumbo, People First has one of the most principled and consistent nationalist.
"Such principled elders could possibly play a surmountable role in coalition building ahead of 2018. People who are not interested in power and the politics of positions!" Ruhanya had said.
Khululekani Sibanda said, "I do not know why people are obsessed with these murderers. If these people were not chased out by giresi will they be talking about democracy."
Ruhanya tried to defend Gumbo saying it is important to state facts when presenting issues.
"You are misleading people when you suggest that Rugare Gumbo was involved in the murder of a Zhou brother. Finos Kufazvinei Zhou was murdered in Mberengwa North in the run up to the 2000 violent election and Rugare Gumbo was not a candidate in that election. In fact, that was the year that he was re-admitted to Zanu PF. You can get full facts from his brother Takavafira Zhou Don't confuse Rugare Gumbo and Jorum Gumbo. Rugare Gumbo was not part to the infamous activities of Big Chitoro."
