ZSE boss' domestic tiff hearing postponed

Zimbabwe Stock Exchange boss Alban Chirume's trial has been postponed by a Harare magistrate. The postponement was caused by a no-show by a Statement witness.

Magistrate Nomsa Sabarauta postponed the case to February 15 for trial continuation.  

Chirume and Mutangadura, who is the chairperson of the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe, have battled in court over a domestic dispute.

Mutangadura has pressed charges against Chirume, claiming that he assaulted her at their Borrowdale home. Chirume has also laid counter charges of physical abuse against Mutangadura.
