The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) have embarked on a campaign to educate officers on good customer relations in an effort to improve service delivery.
The training of members on professionalism and good ethical standards comes on the backdrop of allegations of poor service delivery by some police officers.
Police Chief Spokesperson, Senior Assistant Commissioner Charity Charamba said the organisation is aiming at improving service delivery by its members especially junior officers.
"We see this training programme as a positive step in building a force that the public has confidence in," she said.
The ZRP is on record reprimanding some of its members who bring the name of the organisation into disrepute through unprofessional conduct.
