Cecil Rhodes statue lies neglected in a Zimbabwe car park

A British landowner has called of Bishop's Stortford's most famous and controversial son Cecil John Rhodes which lies neglected in a car park in Zimbabwe to be erected in the Centre of his birth place.

Bishop's Stortford is a historic market town and civil parish in the country of Hertfordshire in England.

Chartered accountant Patrick Streeter whose family owns large swatches of farmland in and around Thorley and Stortford believes and there should be more home pride in Rhodes.
