The Zanu-PF women's league which is calling for a woman Vice President to be appointed in line with a resolution from last year's congress has challenged Mnangagwa to come out ahead of tomorrow's politburo and make known openly his ambitions to succeed President Mugabe.

The League's national secretary for finance said that Mnangagwa's failure to disassociate himself from claims that he wants Mugabe to step down ahead of the 2018 national elections.

Mnangagwa is alleged to be tacitly giving his blessing himself to those campaigning for him.

She said that Saviour Kasukuwere who had been previously been accused of seeking to stampede Mugabe out of power, had moved to clear his name by unequivocally distancing himself from the claims publicly.
