Zimra warns clients to update their records

The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority has advised its clients to updates their records to ensure a seamless processing of the services.
In a notice to the clients Zimra said this would ensure the application, processing and issuance of the Tax Clearance Certificate (ITF263); Capital Gains Tax Clearance Certificate, and Online Tax Return lodgement.
"The essential information which is now mandatory are: Full details of the Principal Officer and Directors of the company, the physical address of the business (Principal / Head Office of the Company / Individual), banking details of the company / individual, and the industry sector in which the client is operating," reads the notice. "This is an effort to improve the service that the Authority is giving to the public through the e-services platform that was recently launched."
