Mugabe slates feuding bigwigs

President Mugabe yesterday condemned Politburo members who were attacking each other in the media, granting interviews to the private media, and attacking the party's leadership.

He said that such actions were embarrassing the party, as the party already has prescribed avenues of airing out their grievances.

The president also said that such public fights between the governing party members were providing fodder for the opposition media.

Mugabe said that after the Cabinet meeting yesterday, the issue of social media was discussed at length and that he had voiced his displeasure at party members attacking each other publicly on the social networks.
