We will wait as Zanu PF digs its hole- PDP

The People's Democratic Party Spokesperson Jacob Mafume has said it appears the ruling Zanu PF is digging its hole as infighting seem to be escalating and people must wait while Zanu PF digs its hole.

Mafume posted on Facebook that imagine if any other ethnic group had sung Ndebele unconquarable or point in case Karanga unconquarable or maybe Manyika unconquarable.

He said the headlines would have screamed thunder and what not.

"I have an aversion personally to the word 'unity' in the context of Zimbabwe . The most abused word by the Mugabe family for it means everyone must unite behind them. No matter the stink no matter the road," Mafume said. "Now anyone who aspires to a position from another group is a tribalist. This does not make sense . However I said earlier when your enemy is digging a hole let him dig , we will wait as they dig dipper into the cesspit of tribalism , death threats."

Factional wars are escalating in the ruling party with Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa now being the target of first lady Grace Mugabe and her allies which include the G40 members of Saviour Kasukuwere, Jonathan Moyo, Patrick Zhuwao and other. Already three Mnangagwa allies who were provincial chairpersons have been fired.
