NSSA sues Zebuloni Express bus company

THE NATIONAL Social Security Authority (NSSA) has sued Zebuloni Express bus company for filing to remit workers national pension contributions, workers compensation insurance fund all amounting to $22 681, 56.
NSSA filed summons against Zebuloni Express at the Bulawayo High Court demanding payment of arrears.
In its declaration NSSA said Zebuloni Express was supposed to remit pension funds to the scheme for workers compensation premiums but has failed to do so as at September 31 2015 leading to the accumulation of arrears to $22 681, 56.
NSSA said despite written demand , the defendant has failed or refused to pay $22 681, 56 being for National Pensions contributions, National pensions surcharge, workers' compensation Insurance premiums, wherefore plaintiff claims $22 681, 56, interest there at the prescribed rate and cost of the suit.
