Chaos beckons as Zanu-PF factions fight

Reports suggest that Vice President Mnangagwa's party faction will stage a demonstration at the Zanu-PF national headquarters today.

This comes as sources in the party have claimed that the other opposition faction to Mnangagwa, is also planning on demonstrating against him, adding fuel to an already volatile situation within Zanu-PF.  

The planned demonstration by Mnangagwa's camp is to try to gain an audience with President Mugabe, while at the same time, demonstrating to the First Lady that Mnangagwa's camp can fight its way to power.

This demonstration was planned by the Chris Mutsvangwa led War Veterans executive before its ouster, with the new interim executive moving with haste to distance itself from today's planned demonstration.
