Mugabe excludes his wife in reprimanding those causing mayhem in the party- ZimFirst

ZimFirst leader Maxwell Shumba has expressed dissatisfaction in President Robert Mugabe's remarks when he told the G40 and Lacoste factions in the party top shut up without mentioning his wife as the cause of all the squabbled by publicly unleashing vitriol against other party members.

Mugabe told the factions to shut up on Friday following the escalation of squabbles that emanated for his wife's address of party supporters at a rally in Chiweshe last week where she attacked the members aligned to Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa's faction.

"Mugabe took to television to express his displeasure at what he called disgraceful abuse of both himself and his wife by war veterans and Lacoste supporters.He says nothing when his wife spews hate and disrespect towards others.When her own medicine is administered to her, we hear the foul cry in typical Mugabe style," Shumba posted.

"Mugabe made it habit, insulting foreign leaders, opposition leaders and even regional leaders.The other time he labeled Lindiwe Zulu a stupid street woman, Tony Blair he called a blair toilet, (Morgan) Tsvangirai he named chematama tea-boy.He has incited tribalism against Karangas by calling them names and encouraged racism through a ceaseless campaign against whites.But when Mugabe is himself insulted, it becomes a crime and people are thrown in jail.But its very Ok for him to abuse,demean, undermine and insult others."

Shumba posted that Grace adopted this disgraceful habit of abusing every one from her husband.

"She is free reigned rude, arrogant, disrespectful and crude with those who do not agree with her.Mugabe and Grace have called Mai (Joice) Mujuru a witch and a murderer, and they saw nothing wrong with this.They have both called Tsvangirai an ugly and uneducated fool times without number.He has called Simba Makoni hure rechirume," he said.

"Abuse always begins with them, but they get some back and it becomes unfair.Grace uses rallies as launch pads for verbal missiles which are often emotionally hurtful to their victims."

Shumba said remember how Grace undressed and poked Ray Kaukonde where it hurts the most, in front of his wife, children and the public, at a rally in Marondera not so long ago.

"Remember how she laughed at Mai Mujurus thighs describing them as unattractive, and how the hapless widow tries to attract and have sex with young men. Grace and Mugabe deserve no respect because their behaviour earns none. Mugabe should be last to pontificate over our culutre, ubuntu and morality. A mother and a father do not demand respect, but command it through actions, deeds and words.Respect is earned not expected. People call you mother or father when you behave as such," he said.

"You can be loved and respected not feared and love.Grace wants to be feared, then respected and called mother.She abuses to instill fear, thinking it will earn her respect. When people fear you they secretly hate you.But when people respect you they can easily love you."

Shumba said its too late for both Mugabe and his wife to earn respect, least of all love.

"No one who has suffered because of them has any kind words for them.Because of Mugabe, too many have died, too many have starved, too many have had broken dreams. The whole country has been reduced to rags and dirt. Nothing good comes from Mugabe, and so nothing good will come from us to him. You get no love and you get no respect. You will get what you have given us," he said.
