In a story published yesterday titled "SA to take Zimbabwe to task on indigenisation", there are statements that were erroneously attributed to South African Ambassador to Zimbabwe Mr Vusi Mavimbela some statements that he said were incorrect.
He declined mentioning verbatim the name of Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment, Mr Saviour Kasukuwere and Zimplats.
Reads the story in part; "When the Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment Saviour Kasukuwere, told Zimplats bosses that their operating licence had been withdrawn because their indigenisation plans had been rejected, it caused a stir and this not the way things should be done," he said.
It turned out that Mr Mavimbela did not say the above statement and any inconvenience cause is regretted.
