President Robert Mugabe has returned home from a three day visit to Mozambique.

Mugabe attended the Samora Machel International Colloquium and was amongst the leaders who this Wednesday laid writhes on the tomb of the late Machel.

President Mugabe also attended the unveiling of a 10-metre statue of Machel at the Independence Square in central Maputo.

The widow of the late hero, Graca Machel appealed to President Mugabe and other leaders from the region to assist in finding out what killed her late husband.

Soon after his arrival at the Harare International Airport, Mugabe told journalists that he is willing to assist Graca Machel on the actual cause of the death of Machel.

He was received at the airport by Vice President, John Landa Nkomo, government officials and service chiefs.
