Opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai has promised to lead mass protests and stay away actions to force President Mugabe to implement electoral reforms ahead of the 2018 polls.

Tsvangirai said this whilst addressing a rally in Marondera, adding that Zimbabwe had reached a critical stage for people to demand free and fair elections.

With Zanu POF consumed by its infighting, pitting Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa against Generation 40, the opposition is currently campaigning freely without interference.

The MDC-T leader, Morgan Tsvangirai has vowed to end President Robert Mugabe's ambitions of a life presidency, saying he will finish off the veteran ruler in the next elections.

Tsvangirai addressing a rally at the weekend said Mugabe acknowledged that the MDC-T defeated Zanu-PF in the 2008 elections. He said Mugabe should stop dreaming of dying in power as the 92-year-old leader would lose the 2018 elections.

At the same rally, Tsvangirai's wife Elizabeth urged youths to go and register ahead of the 2018 elections.
