Another arrest warrant for Mnangagwa's ally

Gokwe Membudziya member of the National Assembly, Justice Mayor Wadyajena has been issued with another warrant of arrest by the Victoria Falls Magistrates Court for failing to attend the court session for the ruling following an application to refer the case to the Constitutional Court.

The warrant was issued despite presentation of documents signed by the Clerk of Parliament to prove that Wadyajena has been officially sent to Lusaka, Zambia on state business.

Passing the ruling this Monday afternoon, Victoria Falls magistrate, Ms Lindiwe Maphosa said Wadyajena's lawyer, Mr Givemore Muvhiringi should bring precedence, supporting act or ruling on a similar case dealt with before to the court to support his argument that the state is contradicting itself by sending his client on foreign duty then proceed to issue a warrant of arrest on the same person.
