Ex-Zanu-PF youth leader challenges expulsion

Edmore Samambwa former Zanu-PF Midlands youth chairman has challenged his expulsion from the governing party, arguing it was unconstitutional.

Samambwa in his appeal against the Zanu-PF politburo decision to expel him said he was not told of the charges he was facing.

He said his only charges he was aware were already cleared in the disciplinary committee.

But Zanu-PF spokesperson, Simon Khaya Moyo said he was not aware of the former youth leader's appeal.
