Fatal bicycle accident reported

A 47-year-old man from Razau village in Hurungwe, Mashonaland West Province crashed to death after failing to manoeuvre a bicycle which he was riding downhill, the police said on Friday.
Provincial police spokesperson inspector Clemence Mabweazara said Peter Gore failed to control his bicycle as it gained momentum while riding down a hill.
"The bicycle was moving at a tremendous speed when it hit a rock and Gore was sent flying into the air before crashing down on is head.
"The impact was too much that he broke his skull and died instantly.
"His corpse was retrieved by Karoi national traffic police who took it to Karoi Hospital," said Insp Mabweazara.
