Zanu-PF youths pounce on Mujuru relative

Suspected Zanu-PF supporters on Wednesday pounced on Wrest Kambaza , a nephew of Zimbabwe People First (ZimPF) leader Joice Mujuru, burning a gazebo at his farm in Bindura and destroying property worth $2 500 in a suspected case of political violence.

Kambaza, who is a son of Mujuru's brother, Charles, works in Bindura. He reported the matter to the police at Bindura under case numbers CR 36/04/16 and DR060416.

Mashonaland Central police spokesperson, Assistant Inspector Petros Masikati was not reachable for comment yesterday.
