Police have denied ever receiving a report from the MDC-T where the Morgan Tsvangirai-led formation is claiming that its party headquarters were attacked.
Harare Provincial Police Spokesperson, Inspector James Sabau disputed claims that they had received any such report from the MDC-T despite allegations by the party's deputy spokesperson that their Harvest House national offices were attacked.
There are concerns that MDC-T is not new to controversies of violence claims and Goodson Nguni a political analyst has warned that all the drama could be stage-managed in the face of the upcoming Kimberley Process Certification Scheme Plenary session set to be held next week in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
In June this year, the party's secretary general, Tendai Biti claimed his house had been bombed in what experts dismissed as cheap politicking.
