Man beds best friend's wife, demand peace order

After allegedly bedding his best friend's wife, Charles Bengeza is seeking a peace order saying he now fears for his life.
Bengeza says his childhood friend Carlington Zinyuwa is giving him hell.
'I need a peace order your worship because Carlington is making my life a living hell.
"He comes to my house and work place all the time looking for me
"This is caused by the fact that i had sexual intercourse with his wife and i am afraid that he will do something to harm me for i do not know what he wants from me".
Carlington said Charles betrayed him.
" I want him to stop talking to my wife because he still loves her".
Magistrate Gamichirai Siwardi declined to grant the peace order saying Charles did not provide enough evidence of abuse by his best friend.
