FAILURE to withstand incessant insults from her brother made a Zimunya woman to approach the court seeking protection against him.
Manica Post reported Emily Musaida appeared before Yeukai Chigodora praying for protection against her brother, Evans Musaida, whom she described as a thorn in her flesh.Emily told the court that they were not in good books with her brother whom she said called her a woman of loose morals.
She told the court that Evans had destroyed her two marriages after he told her first and second husband that she was a goblin's wife.
Emily said: "Your Worship, my brother would follow me whenever I get married. He told my husband that I was not supposed to get married because I am a goblin's wife. My two marriages have failed because of that.
"I am now back at my parent's house, but he is not stopping his bad behaviour. I pray that this court protect me."
However, Evans told the court that his sister was fabricating everything against him.
"I don't know the reason behind my sister's actions of dragging me to court claiming that I am violent, yet she is the one who chased me from our house together with my wife. I am now living at a distant place from our parent's house because of her violent behaviour. I consent to the order," he said.
Chigodora granted the binding peace order between the two.
