Some opposition party leaders are obsessed with positions at the expense of "a sound and solid grand coalition" that could win elections, MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai has claimed.
According to Daily News Tsvangirai MDC-T will not stand in the way of coalition discussions.
"There are people who are putting positions first before the right conditions" he told reporters in Bulawayo without mentioning names.
"If you start talking about conditions then you are actually undermining the process of ensuring that people can work together and achieve the objective that we are all looking for.
"The MDC will not stand in the way of coalition discussions. We will definitely encourage that and that is why we talk about the big tent. We are looking for possibilities for change and if a coalition is the answer, we will go for that," Tsvangirai said.
