Zapu reshuffles RSA province

Zapu has said it has reshuffled its South Africa province leadership in order to ensure progress.

In a statement the party said the current Zapu RSA province PEC will be reshuffled and restructured so that there is progress.

"The vibrant cadres who are energetic and young are going to replace the current leadership of Halimana the RSA provincial chairman. Halimana will be replaced with some of his PEC members," reads the statement. "The only people who will retain their positions are "Major Sibanda the orgerniser; Dumisani Matshelela the secretary; Andrew Nyathi for information and Publicity;Patrick Matsinanhise for Education."

The party said policy and strategy post will need vibrant cadres like the likes of Cannicious Nkala and Dumisani Nleya.

"The provincial treasurer will also retain the post.This reshuffle is a sign of showing that Zapu is ready to take a radical approach to destroy rude Zanu PF," said the party. "The current provincial executive is blamed for dragging feet on implementing party programmes and continuous co-opting executive structure without concentrating too much on fundamental issues like mass mobilisation (recruitment drive)."

The party said thanks to Zapu  Europe province they had set a vibrant strong PEC.
