Minister Undenge allegedly impose media consultancy

Harare Residents Trust has claimed that that the Minister of Energy and Power Development Dr Samuel Undenge allegedly imposed a private media consultancy firm, Fruitful Communications owned by former ZBC news anchor Oscar Pambuka and Zanu PF politician and Member of Parliament for Highfield Psychology Maziwisa to do public relations consultancy for ZESA Holdings (Zesa scandal sucks in Minister.
"This was allegedly done without giving the Zesa management the opportunity to select from various companies," reported the trust. "This was done despite the fact that ZESA Holdings has a fully fledged public relations management department led by Mr Fullard Gwasira, who have now been reduced to being placeholders, further draining scarce resources from ZESA."
This, at a time when ZESA is pushing for an increase in electricity tariffs and still paying the public relations workers their full salaries and allowances, doing nothing because Fruitful Communications is now involved.
Minister Undenge is really very corrupt, based on this arrangement.
