Tsvangirai on sick leave

Early this week Morgan Tsvangirai was taken ill on the advice of his doctors, he had to travel to South Africa for treatment.
According to Secretary General D.T Mwonzora, "Yesterday he successfully underwent a medical procedure and is recuperating well in South Africa."
"We are happy that our President is recovering well and we wish him a speedy recovery."
"We kindly request the nation and the party to give the President and his family the necessary space and privacy as he recovers. The nation and the media will be kept updated."
