Harare neighbour's dragged each other to court over a well

A Kuwadzana woman in Harare took her neighbour to court seeking a peace order as well as barring her from using the well she claims to own.
Fadzaishe Zinyau hauled her neighbour Florence Machinga, who stays just 100 metres away from her homestead, to court.
"She is violent your Worship and at one time she physically abused my daughter.
"I want her to be barred completely from using my well which I dug in 2013 before she even came here.
"I use that well for my gardening so I don't want her to be seen the well," she said.
In response, Florence said: "The allegations she is saying are not true your worship because the well belongs to the co-operative hence I cannot stay away from it."
She also denied the allegations of physically abusing Fadzaishe's daughter
Presiding magistrate Babra Mateko granted the peace order in Fadzaishe's favour.
