Chimene dresses down Muchinguri

Mandi Chimene Outspoken Manicaland Provincial Affairs minister has fired a salvo at her rival Environment minister Oppah Muchinguri, accusing her of using her ministerial position to confuse the nation over the domestication of quail birds after she banned the practice and immediately lifted the embargo.

Meanwhile, Chimene said she had proposed that substandard council houses in Mutare be demolished and replaced by modern spacious structures to address the city's accommodation woes.
