Mliswa seek permission to access children

A Former Hurungwe West Zanu PF MP Temba Mliswa has sought a court order to access his two children he sired with an estranged wife Cynthia Mugwira.
Through his lawyer Tembani Temba said he is being denied access to his children and wants the court to help him have access. He said the relationship has broken down and were nop longer staying together as husband and wife. Mliswa said the former wife has custody of the children.
"I believe it is to the best interest of the children that as a biological father i be allowed reasonable access to the children to enable me to develop a bond with them," he submitted.
He said the children can be accompanied by the child minder and he was prepared to pay extra cost of her job.. He said if the former wife claim that Mliswa was a violent father she has to provide proof that he was violent.
The matter is still pending in the court before Barbra Mateko.
