Cops ask for help to find missing persons

POLICE in Bulawayo are appealing for information on the whereabouts of four missing people.
Bulawayo provincial spokesperson, Inspector Precious Simango said Oscar Bango, 50, Brighton Moyo, 30, Minenhle Moyo, 24, and Wesley Chidochashe, 16, went missing in Bulawayo in April and May this year.
Insp Simango said Bango, from 4103/23 Kumalo Flats in Kumalo North was last seen on May 2 at about 2PM by his wife Nonsikelelo. Bango allegedly left home saying he was going to town but never returned. "Bango's family has been trying his mobile phone since he left home but it's not going through.
"He's dark in complexion, tall and stout," said Insp Simango. She said anyone with information that may lead to Bango's whereabouts can contact the investigation officer Constable Sibanda on 0777 487 773, ZRP Bulawayo Central on 09-71515 or the nearest police station.
Insp Simango said Chidochashe from Selborne Brooke went missing on April 21 at about 7PM. "She disappeared from home without carrying any extra clothes. She is dark in complexion, about 1,6 metres tall and of medium built," said Insp Simango.
Anyone with information on Chidochashe can contact the investigation officer Constable Munemo on 0712 260 557, ZRP Bulawayo Central on 09-71515 or the nearest police station.
Brighton, a first year student at the National University of Science and Technology was last seen on May 18, at about 11AM. He was a tenant at 30099/15 Entumbane suburb where he was living with a friend.
His father, Edmore Moyo who lives in Mberengwa said he was offering a reward to anyone with information on the whereabouts of his son. He said Brighton is tall, dark and stutters when he speaks. Minenhle, a mental patient from B5254 Old Pumula went missing on May 24.
Her sister Sithembokuhle Baloyi said Minenhle, a student at Mzilikazi Craft Centre was last seen wearing a black and white uniform. "She left home on May 24 at 6.45AM but never returned," she said. Baloyi said anyone with information that may lead to Minenhle's location can contact her on 0777 637 011 or the nearest police station.
