Claims that people in Matabeleland are cowards is a lie- MLF

Mthwakazi Liberation Front has dismissed as lies the claims by Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko that people of Matabaleland are cowards.
Mphoko reportedly made the claims during his tour of Matabeleland.
"The claims that the Mthwakazians are cowards by the VP Mphoko on his tour to Matabeleland North is not true. The VP stressed that the people from this region cannot stand their grounds in acquiring jobs locally is a result of cowardice as a result of employment of foreign nationals especially from Mashonaland and other related areas is somehow biased," said the party official Ndabezinhle Fuyane. "Actually, the marginalization that has hit the region has therefore suppressed this people."
He said the Mthwakazians have been referred to as uneducated and notorious by the head of state of Zimbabwe, our neighboring country.
"It arose from this wake that the employment and deployment of Shonas in this region is the fulfillment of the Zanu 1979 grand plan . So we are not even shocked about that," he said. "In fact VP Mphoko is trying to divert our focus . The insult was made publicly, even Mphoko knows of this insult but prefers to call us cowards . How dare should we abandon our heritage for greener pastures."
He said its time that people should know the truth, an eye for an eye ,a spade a spade.
"We mustn't betray our people because we are holding high posts in the Zimbabwean government, the statements are a total betrayal of own people and therefore the Mthwakazians need not to be moved by such statements .However,the fears instilled to our people has led to this silence, senior government officials from this region in the Zanu PF have resolved to disown their population because of being puppets of the present government,but home is always the best, that is being fooled," he said.
"The restoration processes advocated by MLF engulfs also these greedy officials who are not even ashamed . The truth shall avail itself."
