"The Ministry has realised the need to construct a health facility in this area. In liaison with Makoni Rural District Council, the Ministry has plans to construct a Rural Health Centre in Dzvairo Village and a site has already been identified," Musiiwa said. "The major challenge at the present moment is the limited fiscus space, due to the prevailing economic conditions.
