An Inyathi woman was repeatedly raped by her boyfriend and his friend accusing her of being promiscuous.
The woman was raped in the bush by her lover aged 32 and his 19 year old friend.
However, her lover ended up taking her as his second wife, just for three days.
The court heard that the victim was asked by her lover to accompany him to the shops.
Along the was she was accused of infidelity, but she denied the claims.
To teach her a lesson, they took her to a bushy area, tied her to a tree and beat her up.
After that she was ordered to lie on the ground as they took turns to rape her.
After that her boyfriend took her into captivity as his second wife.
But after three days she escaped and made a police report leading to the men's arrest.
In court, they were not asked to plead and told to apply for bail at the High Court.
