Tout in court for fondling 15 year old girl's thighs

A Commuter omnibus tout Giles Mhandu (28) has been dragged to court for fondling the thighs of a 15 year old girl.
He appeared before Gladys Moyo charged with indecent assault.
The girl was at Lusaka Shopping Centre when Giles fondled her thighs.
Allegations were that on June 12 at 8pm the girl was at the place when the accused confronted her. and asked her why she moved around without wearing a jersey when it was so cold.
He then lifet6ed the young girl's skirt and caressed her thighs before he went away. A report made to the police led to his arrest.
