Hubby strips in front of child

A married woman revealed in court that her abusive husband is in the habit of stripping in the presence of their child. Cleverness Mandara said her husband Andrew always removes his clothes in front of the minor child. He also prefers beating her while in his birthday suit.
Cleverness disclosed the matter at the Harare civil court where she was seeking a protection order against Andrew.
"He assaults me in the nude even in the presence of our child," said Cleverness. She went on to tell the court that Andrew's actions were affecting their child.
"He last assaulted me last Saturday until our child stopped him. What he is doing is psychologically affecting our child," he said. Responding to the matter, Andrew denied the accusations.
"She is lying. I have never assaulted her," said Andrew.
He went on to tell the court that Cleverness was only looking for an excuse to get rid of him.
"She no longer wants me in her life, that is why she is making up all these stories," he said.
Magistrate Rebecca Tahwa, who presided over the case, granted the protection order in Cleverness' favour.
