Zesa to pay me $7 million, says Chivayo

Wicknell Chivayo is back in the news this time with news that Zimbabwe Power Company will soon release an additional advance payment of $7.2 million to his company Intratek for the Gwanda Solar Project.

Chivayo said this after being asked to comment on a R8 million lawsuit filed in South Africa against Intratek for failing to pay for a container of smartphones and allegations that he bought former minister Dzikamai Mavhaire computers worth $40 000 when the Gwanda tender was still being negotiated.
