VP Phelekezela Mphoko's son Sigokela was directly involved in structuring and negotiating a $300 million ZESA loan which the VP was facilitating on behalf of Botswana Capital Management Africa.

Mphoko's son is a shareholder CMA.

The paper quotes meeting minutes between ZPC and CMA in October 2015 showing that Zimbabwe was going to pay back the sum at an interest rate of between 18% and 20% per annum while it was also going to export 100MW to Botswana in return for payment.
