Discussion to end the feud between the 2 factions who are trading accusations and counter accusations in Masvingo province have ended inconclusively as the President Robert Mugabe had to fly back to Harare Saturday evening.

The President and first secretary of Zanu-PF Robert Mugabe has extended the robust and frank discussion of the leaders of Zanu-PF in Masvingo so that an amicable and constructive solution is found among the Zanu-PF party cadres.

Mugabe descended on Masvingo province to try to resolve the differences that have engulfed the province with regards to who is farming where and why others including chiefs have not been allocated the rich sugarcane fields in Chiredzi district.

President Robert Mugabe's visit to Chiredzi was a well-calculated move as there were concerns that the rich sugarcane fields and the dividing of the cane-cake could be at the centre of all the divisions and  accusations in the province.

The company involved , Tongaat and Hullet is said to have been a political football for those who want to ascend to the political apex in the province.

The entire political Masvingo class across the factual divide of Zanu-PF descended  at the Triangle Country Club with a commitment to enlighten the President on the latest developments .

The die has been cast that those who continue with their political shenanigans should feel the heat  and the party will not tolerate them for even a day more.
