Four Mlamuli Secondary School villagers including the SDC Chairman who were arrested on Monday morning for demanding the school headmistress a Bonyongwe have been charged with "Section 45 of The Criminal Law Codification and Reform Act Chapter 09:23, which partly reads as follows; "Intimidation Any person who, intentionally and by means of an express or implied threat of unlawfully inflicted harm, compels or induces another person, to do something which that person is not legally obliged to do;  or to refrain from doing something which that person is legally entitled to do; shall be guilty of intimidation and liable to a fine not exceeding level ten or imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years or both."

Mthwakazi Republic Party spokesperson Mbonisi Gumbo said the above charge that has been prepared by the Tribalist government against the innocent villagers who are only exercising their Constitutional Right and that of their children is unconstitutional, after all Minister Dr Lazarus Tokola is on record saying that school children have a write to be trained or taught in their mother language so that they understand better.

"The problem with the Zimbabwean Law is that its selective the same law has another meaning in Mashonaland and another one in Matabeleland. We are aware and have read in newspapers in the past about parents chasing away non Shona speaking teachers and civil servants in broad day light without a charge sometimes even with the blessings of a chief and or politicians but when its done in Mthwakazi it attract arrest," Gumbo.

"We are aware that the Satanic 1979  Grand Plan is at work, but it will not succeed, we said it before that Bonyongwe is Boosting in Lupane that she is untouchable because she is protected by the state. We have since concluded that Bonyongwe is not just a School head but also CIO Operative, we are also convinced that she is a danger to Lupane area."

He said as he speak the police has called school children to the assembly to address them on behalf of the SDC committee which is in their custody.

"ZRP has taken over the school right now and are now in charge in the process intimidating parents and their children. The police officers are saying they are looking for anyone connected to Mthwakazi," he said.

"We are fully behind the Lupane community for the decision they took, in fact we expect to see the whole of Mthwakazi schools closing down until the government takes away their agents in Matabeleland masquerading as professional teachers. Bonyongwe and Gwanoya must fall as soon as yesterday, Gwanoya has brought nothing but misery to Lupane and Mthwakazi at large."

He said they were  reliably informed that the security operators met in Lupane several since Thursday and Bonyongwe handed over a report to them in liaison with Harare, and Bonyongwe is putting pressure that Peter Ndlovu the SDC chair be eliminated.

"According to our guys on the ground the arrested villagers were detained following the order by Bonyongwe and his handlers that include Gwaniya, Dokora and the so called President' s office," Gumbo said.

"Our source who spoke on condition of anonymity said Bonyongwe sent a list of names of the people she wants eliminated at Mlamuli Secondary School the list include teachers, SDC committee members especially the chairman and some villagers which she claim they are vocal."

Gumbo said MRP shall not be intimidated and will continue to demand justice and peace in our life time.

"We are aware of the plans to arrest MRP leaders which has already been decided in Harare and the communication has be sent to Matabeleland stations to arrest us and they are busy cooking all sorts of charges against MRP leaders. But the government must be warned that any threat of violence, intimidation or what ever kind of persecution against us maybe considered as another Gukurahundi, which may easily degenerate to a civil or tribal war," he said.

"We warn Zanu PF to stay away from us and deal with their faction riden evil organisation which feeds into the blood of its citizens. Mugabe and Mnangagwa must come clean on their position regarding Mphoko' continued stay at the hotel. Is it probably because Mphoko is Ndebele or what? Free our people they have no case to answer."
