Tsvangirai entitled to govt house- commentator
As the debate surrounding Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko's over stay at a hotel in Harare rages on in which the VP has also stood his ground to defend him self by saying even Morgan Tsvangirai lives in government house, a political commentator Amon Ndlovu has said the MDC-T leader is a former Prime Minister and is entitled to a government house.
Many critiques were blasting Tsvangirai for staying in a government house and likened him to Mphoko however indicating that there was no reason why the VP could be blamed for staying in a hotel when Tsvangirai lives in a
government house.
But Ndlovu said Tsvangirai as a former Prime minister is entitled to a government house.
"Only in Zimbabwe one will see anything wrong with MT staying in government house. Focus should be on those spending millions in hotel bills," Ndlovu said.
"How much is Tsvangirai costing the tax payers ? He is not the enemy of the people . Hate for Tsvangirai will not charge the fact he is in the trenches too fighting the dictator."
He asked the ZimPF supporter if they saw any thing wrong with former Vice President Joice Mujuru having benefited from the land reform when she was in Zanu PF government.
